•Relevant Master degree
•At least 10 years in a management position, including P&L responsibility
•Demonstrable strong stakeholder relationship management skills
•Solid knowledge of power business, regulations and regional economic development.
•Experience with Solar will be a plus
•Mature level of understanding of the principles of effective project management, including HSE, contract and risk management
•Ability and experience to communicate with partners and local authorities
•Ability and experience to manage a large multidiscipline and multicultural team in an international environment

Responsible to protect the company solar asset(s), owned directly or indirectly by the company, seeking at monitoring and improving
asset performance, and contribute to the development of related business opportunities. Portfolio: centralized and decentralized
projects (rotation of around 1 GW by 2020).
•Serve as ENGIE lead representative and manage ENGIE representation and responsibilities for its Solar asset portfolio.
•Act as senior relationship manager for the investment partners and authority
•Assess plant’s performance and propose solutions for improvement
•Update and monitor solar portfolio dashboard with relevant KPIs
•Monitor the work of the assets O&M companies.
•Contribute to the asset management responsibilities (e.g. spare parts issues, LTSA issues, legacy issues with EPCs, compliance
issues, ...) when relevant
•Contribute to the contract amendments as required (e.g. when staff moves, when changes in shareholding agreements or OMAs, ...)

•Manage assets stakeholders, including local community.
•Identify and contribute to potential new related business opportunities, including preparation of technic-commercial proposal
