    岗位职责：
    1、负责新能源项目前期踏勘、方案设计、施工现场管理等工作。
    2、负责与业主单位进行对接沟通，确认项目初步方案及客户需求。
    3、参与项目方案成本测算及商务投标等相关工作。
    4、负责施工方案落地及优化工作，对接甲方和设计单位。
    5、负责新能源工程项目施工质量、进度安全等工作。
    6、参与项目用电接入方案报批及相关手续办理工作。
    7、配合进行工程项目结算、审计等工作确保项目回款。
    8、协调当地村镇及各方关系，确保工程项目顺利开展。

    任职要求：
    1、电气工程相关专业毕业。

    2、熟悉集中式及分布式光伏电站、风力发电项目建设流程及关节环节（支架安装、组件排布、

    组串、交直流接入等）； 具有5年以上新能源电站（光伏及风电）建设管理工作经验（需EPC项目

    经理经验），有较强的组织、协调能力和新能源电站并网经验。

    3、有较强的的工程现场施工管理及沟通协调的能力。
    4、忠诚、务实，能吃苦，能适应一定程度的出差。
    5、有机电专业一级建建造师或山西二级建造师（机电）。

    Job Duties:           

    ·         Provide support to the renewable energy team in business development and construction works for wind or solar projects
    ·         Carry out and implement the business development strategy as specified by the head office at the provincial or city/county level
    ·         Carry out external project approval works at the project level and build up strong working relationship with relevant authorities or other local stakeholders
    ·         Cooperate with other team members and provide technical and construction support to projects under development
    ·         Manage and implement construction works of approved projects according to the project schedule  and construction costs as specified and approved by HO
    ·         Explore and secure business development opportunities in the assigned region
    ·         Manage  a small team of professionals/engineer to complete the development and construction of new project
     
    Job Requirements:
    Minimum 8 years working experiences in the power industry
    Solid working experience in the renewable energy sector in China, particularly in solar or wind industry
    Construction management skill and business development experience preferred
    ·         University graduate in engineering or relevant disciplines.
    ·         Fluency in English preferred.
    ·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    ·         Self-motivated, independent and strong business acumen.

    工作职责：
    •支持新能源团队发展和建设风力和太阳能工程；
    •贯彻和实施由企业总部指定的省级或市、县级发展战略；
    •在项目工作中进行外部项目验收，建立与有关当地政府或其他地方的利益相关者的良好的工作关系；
    •配合其他团队成员，为正在开发的项目提供技术和工程支持；
    •根据总部对项目进度和施工成本的规定和批准实施经批准的项目建设工程管理；
    •探索和在指定区域的安全业务发展机会；
    •管理一个小团队的专业人员/工程师和完成新项目的开发和建设。
    职位要求：
    •至少8年电力行业工作经验；
    •扎实的工作经验，在中国新能源领域，特别是在光伏太阳能和风能风电产业；
    •施工管理技能和业务开发经验者优先；
    •工程或相关专业大学毕业；
    •英语流利者优先；
    •较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
    •积极主动，独立和强大的商业触觉。
